What is your return policy?

We offer return for your goods 14 days after delivery.

The products must be in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging.

In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund through the possible means, including any delivery charges you paid for it. In any case you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us within 30 day in the same condition as supplied.

Please note that the duration is in accordance to the relevant applicable laws in your country, and in case of offers, special conditions are to be applied.

Are returns free?

When you return your order , we refund the full item price excluding the shipping price.

When do I receive my money back?

Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund ( item price excluding original shipping cost ).

To where do I send my return?

When we receive your request to return an item. We will directly send you an email with the address that you need to send the items to.

How long it takes to process returns?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. if you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply within 24 hours.
